Sales Agent's Schedule

To keep the sales members updated, regular activities have been set to further motivate and sustain the enthusiasm of the sales network. These activities are proper venues to review policies and inform the sales members of new programs and new implementations.

  • GRAND SALES ASSEMBLY (Every 1st Saturday of the Month)
    Regularly scheduled every first Saturday of the month from 2-5 pm at Centennial Garden site wherein different motifs and themes are assigned each month to create more excitement. The themes, more or less describe the objective or thrust of the Sales and Marketing Department or the Company as a whole.
    This activity is also an opportune time for them to mingle and establish rapport among other members of their Agency and other Agencies as well.

  • BASIC SALES TRAINING (Every 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month, 3rd Saturday of the Month)
    A special program sponsored by the Company to familiarize the new recruits with the basic product knowledge and salient policies and procedures.
    Scheduled every Wednesdays and third Saturday of the month from 1-5 pm at Centennial Garden site.

  • SALES MANAGER'S COORDINATION MEETING (Every First Friday after GSA and Last Friday of the Month)
    Sales Managers' gather together every other Friday morning at SSDI Office. Opportune times to make follow-ups, review policies, resolve concerns and disseminate information.

  • AGENCY MEETINGS (Every Monday-1PM Go Getters & 3PM Champtions and Tuesday- 1PM High Flyers & 3PM-Achievers after the GSA)
    Sales Vice Directors meet their Agencies at least once a month. This is regularly scheduled every Monday and Tuesday after the GSA as evaluation of the GSA is also discussed
    These meetings are subsidized by the Company and aimed at updating the sales members about the current promos and/or new policy implementations. Further, these meetings enhance rapport-building and SVDs get the chance to resolve concerns involving their Agency.
